We had a few issues our first night, but the hotel manager responded quickly and went over and beyond to accommodate our needs.   I was VERY impressed with the customer service, especially with it being Mardi Gras when it's very hectic and everyone is overworked.   I would like to say to the manager and staff, 'Thank you very much for making our stay pleasant and for making our Mardi Gras more memorable!!!'.
