Miss Bolita ia an asset to your organization. I have stayed at The Ambassador Hotel numerous times in the past and always had a pleasant experience, but Miss Bolita made me feel extra special. When she did not see me for a few days, she called the room to make sure everything wa ok and if I needed anything. That little touch made my trip, somebody caring about my wellbeing in NOLA.
