Was rebooked from Queens & Crescent to the Ambassador. Hotel and staff seemed nice and very helpful. They held my car while we attended the SAINTS game. Had an experience at night in the room where we heard a marble drop and roll across the room when neither my wife or I moved. We searched the room for anything that could have made the noise, unable to locate anything. Could mean the hotel is haunted. We stayed 9/24.
