 Tall ships from around the world, as well as U.S. Navy ships, will come to New Orleans from April 17, 2012 until April 23, 2012 to kick off a three year national celebration of the War of 1812 and the Star-Spangled Banner. The ships will return back in 2015 to end the tour.
